- All parameters (ie. LO, SR, L, F, LNB,
22KHz, and QPSK) must be inputted to locate a satellite.
- SF-3000 is pre-set with ~40 sets of
satellite parameters including different azimuth, elevation, and
polarization for each specific satellite.
- You can also key-in other satellite
parameters that is suitable for your area, or use a PC to
download information onto the meter.
- In addition, a software will come
with the SF-3000 to provide more satellite parameters available for
downloading.
- It can store up to 80 sets of
parameters.
- Once all the information point
towards one specific satellite, the meter will have a beeping sound to
indicate the satellite is located.
