      It is the mission of Microyal employees to maintain and continuously improve our reputation of providing good products, services, and the best price to satisfy or increase our customers' requirements or competitive power.

      Microyal will repair or replace any our offered item that falls within the scope of the manufacturer's warranty. In order to qualify for this service the following conditions must be met:

  1. A return authorization number has been obtained and appears on the outside of the package.

  2. Products are received in original condition and in original package.

  3. A copy of the original invoice is enclosed. Customer will be responsible for any freight and charge to and from Microyal Canada Ltd. Defective item must be in our hands . If the products become defective within the warranty period (the warranty period of the FTA Receiver is 7 months and the other products are 3 months start when Microyal ships the goods to the first customer.), Microyal can repair or replace it for the customer. A copy of the invoice on which it was purchased must accompany all returned merchandise. Merchandise returned must be repacked in such a way as it is in saleable condition when received; no writing on internal boxes, etc. Remember to insure all shipments. There is only repair or replace, no refunds or change to other item .

  4. We offer Microyal receiver as a legal means to receive Free-To-Air Satellite Signals. We have become aware that there are means to alter the Microyal receiver to receive signals that are not paid for. This is illegal to do so in the United States and Canada; and it is a Federal Crime. We will not answer questions that have to do with the theft of satellite signals. If we find out that you intend to use our Microyal receiver to receive signals that are not paid for, we will not be responsible for any repair, replacement or provide any after-service to any equipment. If you alter the Microyal receiver either physically or by software it terminates any warranty on the equipment immediately regardless of how long the "factory warranty" has left. Any legal implication involved in modifying the software or hardware of Microyal receiver for illegal viewing or use is the sole responsibility
    of the purchaser.
Special Conditions that Requires Repairing Charges:
  • When the product's warranty period expires.
  • When a request for repair is made by someone other than the original dealer.
  • When a receiver is installed with improper software.
  • When the goods has been damaged or destroyed on purpose.

      Merchandise shipped is carefully packed in compliance with carrier requirements. Once any shipment is released to a carrier. Any damage(s) become the responsibility of that carrier. All claims must be made directly with freight carrier and should be reported as soon as possible. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be noted on the freight bill or carrier's receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to do so will result in the carrier's refusal to honor the claim.
      Please open your order immediately to check for concealed damage and compare packing list to shipped items.
      To process a claim please refer our invoice number and customer account number.

IF MICROYAL RECEIVERS BECAME DEFECTIVE DUE TO INSTALLATION OF ANY OTHER SOFTWARE THAT'S NOT MICROYAL'S ORIGINAL SOFTWARE, MICROYAL WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY AFTER-SERVICE, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE, FOR THOSE RECEIVERS. IT IS NOT MICROYAL'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE AFTER-SERVICE FOR THOSE RECEIVERS THAT HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY PROGRAMMED BY USERS OR DEALERS.

      If the products' warranty period have expired and the customer still wishes to send back any defective product for repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for all shipping, repairing or replacement charges.

Terms of Defective Returns from USA to Calgary

1. To avoid unneccessary customs tax, on the invoice, for each item that is returned,
     it must be labelled defective where the unit price for any product is US$1.00


2. Please provide a reason for the return of a defective product. The description can
    be included on the invoice or in a separate notice.

3. The customer is responsible the both the shipping charge to and from Calgary.
     As well if the customer fails to perform the requirement in point 1, then he/she will
     be responsible for the Custom duty and brokerage fees.

      Our payment terms are C.O.D. (Except Of U.S.A.) certified funds. Company checks will be accepted with approved credit. Allow one or two weeks for processing your credit application. Other methods of payment are
